iTurns is IMC’s proprietary software tool that provides critical sales information to assist in helping you make the right inventory decisions. iTurns can tell us which fast movers are missing from your inventory, as well as additional margin opportunities available to you if you were to switch brands.

AIA

IMC has partnered with the Auto International Association (AIA) to help your sales personnel become Certified Import Parts Specialists. This program will teach your staff about import products and brands, as well as how to find critical product information. The certification will help gain your customer’s trust that you are the source for imports. Well educated sales personnel combined with the right products is the formula for success.

LMV Info System – 2 Levels of Training & Support

Independent Technical Information System offers training seminars across the country focusing on vehicles manufactured by Mercedes Benz and Volvo with support for more vehicle brands to come. LMV also provides technical support on repairing vehicles manufactured by Mercedes Benz and Volvo from model years 1992 to current.
